ABOUT THE HAMMOND SPORTS HALL OF FAME

The Hammond Sports Hall of Fame was established in 1987 to honor individuals for their noteworthy contributions to Hammond’s rich sports heritage. Inductees are former athletes, coaches, referees/officials/umpires, media representatives, boosters/volunteers and others who have contributed to Hammond sports in a noteworthy manner.

The Civic Center is located at 5825 Sohl Ave., Hammond, IN 46320. Visitors are invited to visit and view the Hammond Sports Hall of Fame display at no charge.
